We believe that the number one ingredient for positive change is the strength of the therapeutic relationship. Working with a licensed therapist who takes time to understand your individual circumstances can help you identify the underlying issues that contribute to your eating disorder and coping skills that can break maladaptive cycles. Your therapist can work with you in person at our office located in Grandville, Michigan, or via Telehealth. Our therapists are contracted with most insurance companies.

Working with a registered dietitian who understands eating disorders can be imperative to the recovery process. Our RD’s are HAES® (Health at Every Size®) aligned and are experienced professionals. They will assess your individualized needs, create client-centered goals, and provide education that will bust many diet myths! Your registered dietitian can work with you from our office located in Grandville, Michigan, or via Telehealth. At this time, Michigan insurance companies do not cover private practice dietitians in-network so all dietitian services are offered for a private pay fee only. We do accept HSA cards and can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance provider to obtain additional information as to whether they can reimburse you for outpatient medical nutritional therapy.
